At least two nights will be spent in the countryside near Sarlat on custom designed Dordogne Valley Tours. The owners have turned what was once a barn into
a B&B with so many special touches, we find it difficult to leave at the end of our visit. The main house was once a mill, and still has a stream
flowing beneath it. This B&B provides one of the best continental breakfasts we've tried. Excellent restaurants for dinner are just up the road.
One night will be spent in this beautiful chateau on the Dordogne Valley Tour, more on custom designed Wine Tours. We'll dine here as well.
The diningroom's large windows offer a great view. A Premier Cotes de Bordeaux is produced at a winery on the property.
On Wine Tours, we'll spend one or two nights at this delightful Medoc home. The separate wing that holds four well appointed
guest rooms, was built by our host. He is also a talented chef. He and his wife provide a friendly welcome, and lively evenings.
An additional B&B may be added to our page after we return from a research trip on February 16th.
