2. One half of the remaining total tour price must be received by West Wind Tours, LLC. within 30 days of  booking, and final payment must be received no later than 45 days prior to departure. Should client/s cancel less than 60 days prior to departure, an additional $250 per person will be retained by West Wind Tours, LLC.

3. This is a non-smoking tour.

4. This tour often requires climbing a flight of stairs at Bed & Breakfasts, 2-3 flights at attractions, walking at least ½ mile at a moderate pace, and negotiating several blocks of occasionally steep cobblestone streets. Also, most of the roads in the region are 2 lane blacktops that contain many curves. Anyone with a tendency toward motion sickness needs to be prepared by bringing with medication with them.

5. Each person may bring one piece of luggage no larger than 24” and one piece of hand luggage (shoulder bag or overnight bag).   

6. Each person is responsible for handling their own luggage at all times.

7. Travel/Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased through a travel agent or online.

8. West Wind Tours, LLC. is not able to accommodate any special needs (physical or dietary) on any tour.

9. West Wind Tours, LLC. Shall not be responsible or liable and expressly disclaims any responsibility for any loss, expense, accident, injury, or damage to any person or property that results directly or indirectly from a willful or negligent act or omission, or any cause, including but not limited to defects in machinery, breakdown of equipment, weather, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, delay or cancellation of, or changes in itinerary or schedules by any person providing accommodations, meals, or other travel related services.

10. The itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances; however any substitution will be of like quality.
